Microfiber synthetic leather, also known as microfiber synthetic leather or microfiber leather, is a high performance synthetic leather material. It is based on island fiber nonwoven fabric, impregnated with polyurethane paste and wet solidified to form Island fiber/polyurethane composite material. Subsequently, the island fiber is changed into microfiber through the fiber opening process (dissolution, alkali reduction or toluene reduction), so as to obtain microfiber/polyurethane composite material, that is, microfiber synthetic leather base cloth.  Finally, after different finishing processes, the smooth or suede synthetic leather with wear resistance, cold resistance, air permeability, aging resistance and other characteristics is produced.
